Pay Online
Glen Hills Utility District customers can pay your utility bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card, or eCheck. This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the Click to Pay button below and you will be instantly directed to Pay N Seconds. If this is your first time using Pay N Seconds, you will need to register a new Pay N Seconds account one time prior to making your first payment. When registering, you will need your CUSTOMER # and PIN from your billing statement. Pay N Seconds allows you to add multiple Glen Hills Utility District accounts under the same login. If you have more than one account with Glen Hills Utility District, please register your primary account first. Then add your additional accounts once logged in.

Save paper and sign up for eInvoices. By creating an account on Pay N Seconds, you will begin receiving an eInvoice as soon as a new due date is created.
To ensure proper processing of your payment, please check that you have entered the correct customer number and a current working email address before you submit your payments.
